  5.         This program is designed to help you make the most of your 
  6.     money. It's easy to waste hundreds, even thousands of dollars a year 
  7.     without correct information on how to buy insurance, save money on 
  8.     taxes, and invest wisely.  Wealth Partner was written as a companion 
  9.     to the best-selling book, "More Wealth without Risk" by Charles J. 
  10.     Givens.  The strategies in that book can help anyone get much further 
  11.     down the road to financial freedom.  Wealth Partner contains a wealth 
  12.     of tools and charts that help you evaluate and implement the 
  13.     strategies in that book.

  18.         I can't afford to waste money.  I have three children, two of 
  19.     whom have special medical needs.  In this economy, few people can 
  20.     afford to waste money. But that's exactly what I have been doing in 
  21.     the eight years since I got out of school.  Even though I have a 
  22.     master's degree, no one ever taught me how to handle money properly
  23.     --until now.

  25.         A few months ago I picked up a copy of "More Wealth without 
  26.     Risk" by Charles J. Givens.  This book discusses how to buy insurance 
  27.     properly, how to save money on taxes, and how to invest wisely.  It 
  28.     contains valuable financial information on many topics.  Since I read 
  29.     this book, I have saved $150 on car insurance, $250 on life insurance, 
  30.     and I should save about $700 in taxes this year through the use of a 
  31.     403 B, a type of retirement plan.  If I do this every year for ten 
  32.     years, you can see that I should be at least $10,000 ahead, and add to 
  33.     that the returns on the money if invested properly.  You can put the 
  34.     powerful strategies of "More Wealth without Risk" to work for you as 
  35.     well.  This program was written to help you do that.

  37.         The best way to learn about money is to get the advice of a 
  38.     person who has a lot of it.  (You wouldn't want to learn from someone 
  39.     who was broke, would you?)  Charles J. Givens developed the strategies 
  40.     in his books in the course of his own research as he started from 
  41.     scratch to develop a fortune worth more than a quarter of a billion.

  44.     Note:  these strategies are not a get-rich-quick scheme.  They are  
  45.     more like a consumer's guide to money.  Over time these strategies 
  46.     help you put your money to work for you, not for somebody else.

  48. HOW TO INSTALL
  49.  
  50.         The file vbrun100.dll must be in your main Windows directory
  51.     (usually c:\windows).  If you do not have this file, you must down-
  52.     load it from your BBS and copy it to this directory.  Then, in the 
  53.     Windows File Manager select Run from the File menu, type the path 
  54.     name where you have copied the wealth.zip files to, "wp", and then 
  55.     hit enter.  Example:  you have copied wealth.zip to a directory named 
  56.     c:\partner and unzipped all the files.  Then enter the following from
  57.     the File Run menu selection:  "c:\partner\wp"  (Don't type the "s 
  58.     in the command).

  60. HOW TO REGISTER
  61.  
  62.         Wealth Partner is supplied as shareware.  You are free to use 
  63.     the program in order to evaluate it.  If you decide to keep it and 
  64.     use it, please send in the registration fee to the author.  
  65.     Registration packages include one or more of the books of Charles J. 
  66.     Givens.  Select the program menu item "How to Register" for more 
  67.     information.

  71.         Wealth Partner creates files as you use it to store your 
  72.     personal financial information.  Remember to back up your data 
  73.     regularly to prevent loss.

  81. HOW TO UNINSTALL WEALTH PARTNER

  83.     The setup program for WP does the following:
  84.         copies vbrun100.dll to the c:\windows or equivalent directory.
  85.         copies these files to the c:\windows\system or equiv. dir.:
  86.             graph.vbx
  87.             gsw.exe
  88.             threed.vbx
  89.             gauge.vbx
  90.             grid.vbx
  91.             gswdll.dll
  92.         copies these files to c:\partner or the directory you speci-
  93.         fied during installation:
  94.             readme
  95.             wp.exe
  96.  
  97.     To uninstall, erase all files from your c:\partner directory (unless 
  98.     you added other files from other programs), and erase the other files 
  99.     named above from the directories in which they have been placed.  
  100.     Please note, however, that other programs you have may use the 
  101.     vbrun100.dll file, which is used by any program written in Visual 
  102.     Basic (TM Microsoft).  You may have programs which use some of the 
  103.     other files with the vbx and dll extensions as well.
